Welcome to the City of Balch Springs website!

We hope you enjoy your visit. 

 

The City is on a four-day work week.

Hours are Monday - Thursday,

7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

City Hall is CLOSED ON FRIDAYS.

Code Enforcement is available Friday and Saturday and Animal Control is available 7 days a week.

 

All reservations for the Recreation Center and Civic Center must be made and paid for through

City Hall.

 

City Hall will be closed Monday, Sept. 6 in observance of Labor Day.

 

School is in session!!Remember to watch for kids walking to school, school zones and the NO CELL PHONE ZONES!!!  Keep our kids safe this school year! **

The Balch Springs Weatherization Assistance Program has been established through a grant to help low-income, high-energy users to lower their energy consumption and energy costs. Please fill out the application and return it to the address on the cover letter.
